Norbert R. Bastean has been an active staff member of Missouri Concealed Carry Training since its inception in 2003.

Norbert assisted in the construction, design, creation and maintenance of Missouri Concealed Carry’s Range Facility which has a primary emphasis on the safety of its students and the surrounding environment.  The exclusive and manicured range facility that we enjoy is primarily due to his continued effort in making the range both as safe and as pleasant as possible.
