Sgt. Joshua H. Gilliam
Certified Instructor
Sergeant Joshua H. Gilliam has been a Police Officer since graduating the
Academy in March of 1998.
Prior to becoming a Police Officer, Josh served in the United States Army and
graduated the United States Army Military Police School in Ft. McClellan,
AL. He was awarded the grade of “Expert”
marksmanship for both rifle and pistol qualification. He also holds the
positions of Assistant Firearms Instructor and Department Armorer.
