Concealed Carry Endorsement - Firearms Safety Training 215-1 - $125.00Complete your training and qualification in one day! The Firearm Safety Training 215-1 course meets the mandatory training requirements of HB #349, and is approved by the standards set forth by Missouri State Statute. Special emphasis on weapons safety in and outside of the home, instruction and basic principles of marksmanship, care and cleaning, legal requirements of the state for certification, laws relating to concealed carry, and justifiable use of force. A total of eight (8) hours intense instruction is divided between a interactive lecture followed by live fire range training. Upon successful completion of training, each individual will be issued a certificate of Firearms Safety Training and a completed fingerprint card, both required by the State of Missouri in the application for endorsement of concealed carry firearms. Course participants must provide their own firearm for the range portion of instruction. All firearms must be carried in closed case, unloaded, and readily available for inspection. All firearms will be inspected prior to admittance to range. Ammunition must be carried in a separate container from the firearm. Additionally, eye and ear protection is required safety range equipment. Course lecture will take place at one of the locations listed below. Advanced Handgun Proficiency Training 215-2 - $300.00 This two day, 16 hour, 500 round training course will teach advanced areas of both semi-auto and revolver proficiency, directly correlating to Missouri’s new Right to Concealed Carry. The course is taught by veteran NRA Police Firearms Instructors and will sharpen your shooting skills and abilities immeasurably. This advanced course is geared toward training individuals, rather than large classes, therefore participants will be limited to 10 students per class. Please note, due to the high demand for this class, 7 days advance notice is required for all cancellations in order to obtain a full refund. Otherwise, class fee will be forfeited. All payments are required in advance. Participants will be required to demonstrate the ability to load, unload and safely handle their firearm at the opening of the course. In addition participants should be able to produce a shot grouping of 10 inches in diameter or less at 7 yards before enrolling in the advanced course. A reliable handgun (of any caliber), 500 rounds of ammunition, a minimum of two magazines, a gun case, a holster, a baseball style cap, eye and ear protection are required equipment for this course.
